If
you would like to make a booking with us please do the following:
Please have the exact dates you require.
Confirm availabilty by email or phone. (The availability shown on the website
may be a few days behind!)
After you have agreed to make a booking you will be asked to download the
booking form (here).
DOWNLOAD BOOKING FORM
Print the booking form and terms and conditions (2 x A4 pages) - normally a right click will offer a PRINT option
Fill
in the booking form and send back to James Probert with a deposit cheque
for one third of the total. Please return the form by first class post. We
will hold this booking for a period of 5 working days. If we do not receive
the form in this time period we may have to make the dates available again.
Please let us know if there is a problem in confirming your booking.

we have received your deposit cheque your booking will be confirmed in writing.
