BOOKING DATES
Bookings are for a minimum of one week from 4pm on Saturday of arrival to 10am
on Saturday of departure.


TERMS & DEPOSIT
Terms shown are NET (NO VAT IS PAYABLE).
A non-returnable deposit of one third of the total is payable on booking.
Please pay the balance 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
The full amount is payable if the occupation date is less than
6 weeks from the date of the booking.

SKOMER HAS A TOTALLY ENCLOSED REAR GARDEN.


CANCELLATION
Your booking, when confirmed, becomes a legal contract that makes you liable for the balance of the total cost should you cancel your holiday.
We suggest you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
Details will be sent with confirmation of bookings.


DOGS
Dogs are charged extra at £15 per dog per week for large and
medium dogs, and £10 per dog per week for small dogs.


DOUBLE BED
SKOMER has a double bed in one bedroom.


ELECTRICITY / OIL
Charged at cost of amount used.
